DIANO does not have a public status page yet. Service notices are sent by e-mail. Planned maintenance is on Sundays from 22:00 to 02:00 South African time.
We list problems that affected the safety of your records here, also those we found and fixed ourselves.
On 17 October 2026 DIANO found that a new purchase order could look saved while it had not reached the server, if the page did not yet know the user's role. It was fixed on the live system on 18 October 2026: DIANO now waits for the role, refuses out loud, and reads each new purchase order back from the server.
One more incident, found and fixed by DIANO, is waiting for a review by DIANO's lawyer. After that review it is listed here.
